Provide your Record of Employment at onsite registration to validate your status. NOTE: You must bring a physical copy of your Record of Employment to the GDC Canada registration desk at the Vancouver Convention Centre or you will be charged $695 for Main Conference admission.

How do I register with a complimentary pass?

Follow these steps to register for your free GDC Canada main conference pass*:

Start your registration process here.
Enter your promotional code GDCAHR during the registration process.
Complete your registration.
Print your registration confirmation and bring it with you to GDC Canada, along with your Record of Employment (ROE).
Pick up your badge at the registration desk onsite; registration staff will validate your forms at that time.
Reminder: You need to bring a physical copy of your ROE to the GDC Canada registration desk or your complimentary pass will be not be honored.
